Horizon Launches ‘Let’s Exchange Worlds’ World Book Day Event

At Horizon Robotics, we believe in the power of books and the joy of reading. In celebration of World Book Day, also known as World Book and Copyright Day, we recently organized an exciting offline flash mob event under the theme “#LetsExchangeWorlds”. The event aimed to encourage our employees to engage in book sharing and exchange, fostering a love for literature. Following our Intellectual Property Week initiatives launched in the same week, the event also promoted the protection of intellectual property rights.
World Book Day, observed on April 23rd, serves as a global initiative to promote reading, writing, and the appreciation of books. Aligned with this mission, our event sought to create an environment where all our employees could come together and share their favorite books. We encouraged the exchange of idle books, allowing everyone to explore new literary realms and experience the infinite pleasant journey of reading.
The participation in this event was overwhelming, with our employees bringing a cumulative total of a hundred books covering various genres, including literature, philosophy, psychology, history, economics, technology, and more. Each book contributed to the diverse and enriching reading experience that our employees shared. From classics to contemporary works, the selection allowed participants to immerse themselves in different perspectives, broaden their knowledge, and nurture a positive and proactive attitude towards life. Through this initiative, we aimed to foster a culture of reading and learning within our organization. We believe that books have the power to transform lives, inspire creativity, and ignite intellectual curiosity.
